Hi, I’m Geo!
I’m a photographer based in Glasgow, Scotland, with a lifelong love for detail and all things vintage. They really don’t make things like they used to, do they?
By day, I work as a Technical Specialist for Canon UK — the world’s biggest camera brand. I also teach photography and have spent many years as a food and advertising photographer. My background in marketing and technical knowledge has shaped the unique experience I now offer… almost by accident.

📸 FALLING IN LOVE WITH POLAROIDS
Like many photographers, I’ve always been fascinated by cameras — especially old film cameras. And Polaroids? They are Absolute magic!
Growing up, I admired the photographers in classic movies and TV shows, with their big cameras and flashes. The 1920's through to the 1950s felt like the Golden Age of photography. If I had a TARDIS from Dr. Who or a DeLorean with a Flux Capacitor from Back To The Future, I’d travel back to those smoky studios and glamorous events in a heartbeat.
Although indoors must have been unbreathable with the amount of cigar and cigarette smoke in the air. Would have been like a Tom & Jerry cartoon cutting through the air with a saw just to be able to see!
to me, this as the only downside to those times - personal preference. Anyway - I digress!
That love for vintage style, especially the Art Deco era, inspired me to recreate the look and feel of those times.
🛠️ CRAFTING SOMETHING UNIQUE
One day, I got hold of a vintage camera and began tinkering. What started as a hobby turned into a passion project: modifying the camera’s internals to make it practical for modern use.
After two years and six iterations, I perfected a camera that can:
Focus in the dark
Take real Polaroid photos
Transport me (and my clients!) back to that Golden Age when paired with vintage attire
Boom! Suddenly I created an Experience that made me feel like one of those photographers I used to watch in the TV and movies!
When I showed friends, their reaction was unanimous:
“This is amazing — you need to do something with this such as weddings, parties, and events!”

That’s when it clicked. Photobooths today are just an iPad, Digital Camera and faux‑vintage cabinet, were starting to feel tired. What I had created was something special — something luxurious.
